Pixel accepts cash, credit card, and check. All jobs must
be paid-in-full before put into production unless others terms are arranged.
Any job to be completed in 48 hours or less must be paid-in-full upon
approval with no exceptions.
One free proof will be provided for
all small-format work. Additional and large-format proofs will be billed
at the account executive’s
discretion. Sign-off on a proof guarantees full compensation for all
|Many jobs are delivered in 24 to 72 hours. However,
the readiness of a client’s files and the workload at Pixel may
project’s completion. Jobs received after 3pm will not be processed
until the next business day. A job will not be started until written
approval is received and confirmed by an account executive.
Failure to follow Pixel’s published printing
specs and templates, and other necessary computer time will result
in additional charges. Complex problems will be billed at $75.00/hr
with a one hour minimum.
50% of an order’s total
cost before taxed will be added to
subtract one day from the turnaround time; 100% to subtract two
New York State law requires sales tax on all
transactions. A signed and completed resale certificate is required
as proof of a company’s
tax exempt status.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
All projects must be
picked up or delivered no
more than a week after completion. Delivery is available by
or FedEx at an additional charge. Delivery address, contact
name, and phone number are imperative to ensure proper shipping.
Pixel assumes no responsibility for mishandled, damaged, or
incorrectly delivered packages. Valuable work should be insured
by the client.
CDs, ZIP discs, proofs, and
any other materials
submitted to Pixel by a client will be returned only at the
